Problems start on the cooking surface.
Grease, smoke and fatty acids are produced by the heat of cooking on a grill.
  1. Grease and Smoke particles are drawn up into the system filters.

  2. Range Hood contains the Filters

  3. Vapors are drawn through Vent-Hood system.

  4. Up the main duct work
